All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted except in cases of verified incorrect shipment or substantial carrier-related damage.

Flattened or rumpled fur from shipping

Normal compression or stuffing shift
Each item is cleaned, inspected, and prepared prior to shipment. Minor imperfections consistent with vintage condition may be present and do not constitute grounds for refund.
Claims regarding incorrect shipment or significant damage must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the item, interior packaging, and exterior box.
If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required due to our verified error, including shipment of the wrong item.
If your address is incorrect, we do not refund or replace an item.
Refund determinations are made solely at our discretion in accordance with this policy. Refunds or concessions will not be issued in response to negative reviews, threats, or attempts to leverage feedback for financial gain.
While this policy is firm, we value our customers and are always willing to review legitimate concerns and make reasonable efforts to accommodate buyers when possible within these guidelines.
