SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Stuffed Animal 911. Each stuffed animal is individually prepared and carefully packaged before it leaves our studio.
Because many of our plush are collectible, vintage, or pre-loved, we take extra time to ensure they arrive clean, safe, and exactly as photographed.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders ship within 7-10 business days.
Some items may require additional cleaning, brushing, lint removal, repair, or final quality inspection prior to shipment. When extra preparation is needed, processing time may be extended slightly.
This additional care helps ensure that your plush arrives in the best possible condition.
Shipping time begins once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, not when the order is placed.
Processing times may vary depending on item condition and preparation needs.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
We ship using major carriers and provide tracking for all orders.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more will ship with signature confirmation for secure delivery.
By placing an order of $75.00 or more, you agree to accept signature confirmation delivery.
If delivery attempts are missed and the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
PHOTOGRAPHED ITEMS
All items are photographed prior to shipment for quality control and order verification. This helps ensure that each customer receives the exact item shown in the listing.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking shows acceptance or delivery, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Weather delays
Lost or stolen packages
Delivery issues after confirmed delivery
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are always happy to assist with tracking information.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failure to sign for delivery
• Failure to collect the package
Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
