OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Stuffed Animal 911. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Stuffed Animal 911 specializes in carefully sourced stuffed animals, including new, vintage, and pre-owned plush companions. Many items are collectible or one-of-a-kind, and we take care to photograph and describe each item accurately.


PRODUCT CONDITION

We sell stuffed animals that may be new, pre-owned, or vintage. Pre-owned and vintage items may show signs of age or gentle wear consistent with prior ownership.

Each item is individually photographed and described. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions before purchasing.

All items are sold as-is and final sale.


FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if we accidentally send the wrong item.


IF WE SEND THE WRONG ITEM

If you receive the wrong item due to our error:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos
• Item must be unused and in original condition

We photograph every item prior to shipment. Any returned item must match our shipment photographs exactly, including tags, clothing, accessories, and condition.

All original tags must be attached and intact. For items such as Webkinz, all clothing, tags, and materials must be present.

If tags are removed, altered, or missing, the item is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

If a returned item does not match our shipment photographs, the return will be denied.

Attempting to return a substituted item may constitute mail fraud. We reserve the right to deny the return and report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities and carriers.

This is the only circumstance under which a return will be accepted.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within [X] business days.

Some items may require additional cleaning, brushing, repair, or inspection before shipment. When extra care is needed, processing time may be extended.

Shipping time begins once the package has been handed to the carrier.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders totaling $75 or more will ship with signature confirmation for secure delivery.

If delivery attempts are missed and the package is returned, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Once a package has been handed to the carrier and tracking shows delivery, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after confirmed delivery.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
