If a refund is approved, we require the buyer to pay the return shipping, We maintain the right to add a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Returns of damaged, defective, or inaccurate listing items will require photos and specific details of the problem or damage.

I take pictures of all items prior to being sent out to protect myself and my items. If a refund is requested, the item MUST be sent back in the same condition you received it in. If you damage or cause damage to the item, you will not be entitled to a refund. Any items washed or dried after purchase will not be refunded.

If the item ships and the Post Office loses it, I cannot be held responsible. If Postal service loses package, please don’t ask for refund.
